How to Apply: 1. Apply the liner as thick as the lash band over primer or your favorite liner (this gives a good base for a flawless hold)
2. Let the liner dry for 60 seconds then repeat! You need 2 coats for maximum hold!
3. Once the liner is fully dry (this is important; the lashes will not hold to wet liner) apply the lashes by the inner corner first, once happy with placement continue the application.
4. Push the band of lash onto the liner to make sure it is fully secure! Now, go slay your day!
